It is the responsibility of the show lunger to ensure their display complies with local safety ordinances and to provide adequate signage for viewers if high-intensity strobing is present.

Are any purchases final sale?
Once the Vault is unsealed and the download begins, there is no turning back. Due to the digital nature of our cinematic massacres, all sales are final. We don’t offer refunds once the code has been executed. If your sequence is 'bleeding' (corrupted file), contact the Architect immediately for a fresh cut
I need help mapping the sequence!
Every sequence in the Vault is engineered for high-impact displays, but we know every house has its own secrets. To make the transition seamless, we utilize the ffs_ (Festive Fright Sequences) naming convention. This standardized grouping is designed to let you map 90% of the show to your props in minutes.
INSTALLATION STEPS:
1. Acquire Audio: Ensure you have purchased the specific version of the song listed on the product page. (Note: Our timestamps are calibrated to the version linked on the "product" details).
2. Open xLights: Ensure you are on the latest version of xLights for best compatibility.
3. Import: - Create a New Sequence in your layout.
4. Go to File > Import > Import Sequence.
5. Select the .xsqz file included in this folder.
6. Mapping: Use the xLights Mapping Tool to drag the effects from our models to your house models.
7. Render: Click "Render All" to lock the effects to your specific hardware layout.
Can I request a custom sequence or a commercial license?
The Vault currently operates on a 'Pre-Authorized' basis only. At this time, we are not accepting custom commissions or 'work-for-hire' requests. Our focus is strictly on the high-intensity blueprints currently in the collection.
COMMERCIAL USE:
The standard license included with your purchase is for Private Residential Use only. If you are a professional haunt, a commercial light park, or a business looking to broadcast a 'Festive Fright Original,' you must obtain a Commercial Clearance.

What if I really want a certain sequence to be made available?
The Vault is a curated collection, but we’re always monitoring the shadows for what the community wants next. While we aren't accepting private commissions, we do maintain an Extraction List. If there’s a specific track you believe belongs in our high-intensity, cinematic lineup, submit your request to sync@festivefrightsequences.com with the subject line: VAULT REQUEST. We tally every submission. Once a track hits critical mass, it moves into active development for a future Vault release. Your input determines the next massacre.
